As our Creative Graphic Designer, you’ll be at the heart of our creative process, collaborating with our marketing team to develop compelling visual content for our social media, website, and promotional materials. Your work will not only reflect the elegance and sophistication of Luna Beach Club Bali but also drive engagement and loyalty among our diverse clientele.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute creative graphic design projects for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, promotional materials, and event collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand brand messaging and translate it into visually compelling designs.
• Create and maintain a consistent brand visual identity across all platforms, ensuring cohesive and professional presentation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools, incorporating innovative techniques to enhance our visual storytelling.
• Work with our in-house team and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for creative enhancements and new design concepts.
• Assist in the development of our brand’s visual guidelines and style manuals to ensure consistent application of design elements.
• Provide creative input and support to the marketing team in developing and executing our brand’s visual strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Creative Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for luxury lifestyle branding and a deep appreciation for the unique cultural and natural beauty of Bali.
