In this role, you will manage a team of skilled chefs, event planners, and support staff, ensuring that all events run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for developing and implementing event strategies, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring that all events are executed to the highest standards. You will also be involved in the ongoing development and improvement of our catering and events department, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of the industry.

• Oversee the daily operations of the catering and events department, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
• Develop and implement event strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage a team of skilled chefs, event planners, and support staff, providing guidance and support.
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible rates and quality for our events.
• Ensure that all events are executed to the highest standards, meeting and exceeding guest expectations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry contacts and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas into our events and catering operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Catering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proven experience in event planning and management, with a portfolio of successful events to showcase.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools, such as Cvent, Eventbrite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Certification in a relevant hospitality or catering program is a plus.
