📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including conducting interviews and reference checks.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns and issues, and promoting a positive work environment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Provide support to the management team on HR-related matters.,Conduct exit interviews and assist in the transition of departing employees.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems.,Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution is a plus.
