In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order picking, and shipping.,Ensure that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed using our inventory management system.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt and processing of inventory.,Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.,Monitor warehouse space and storage capacity to optimize storage and minimize costs.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Work with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that inventory is available to meet customer demand.,Analyze and report on warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and best practices.,Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
