Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
• Create and optimize store layouts using PLANOGRAM and CAD software.
• Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to ensure merchandising strategies align with brand vision and customer demands.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with retail standards and best practices in visual merchandising.
• Conduct regular store audits to assess merchandising effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail visual merchandising.
• Provide training and support to store staff on visual merchandising techniques and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related role in retail.
• Proven track record of success in driving sales through effective visual merchandising.
