📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement organizational development strategies that align with company goals and values.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with managers to create and execute change management plans.
• Measure the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in organizational development.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to managers and employees to support their professional growth.
• Work with HR teams to ensure that organizational development initiatives are integrated with overall HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, with a strong track record in implementing change management initiatives.
• Proven experience in conducting employee engagement surveys and analyzing data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with managers and employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in using organizational development tools and software, such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Certification in organizational development or related fields is a plus.
• Understanding of the heavy machinery and engineering industry is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
