📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate the best possible terms.,Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure that the company's needs are met in a timely manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement activities align with the company's overall goals and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement to ensure that the company is always ahead of the curve.,Attend and participate in vendor meetings and events as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
