📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide excellent customer service and support to address client inquiries and concerns.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and service awareness and adoption.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
