📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.,Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to comply with industry standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights to support business decision-making.,Manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities, ensuring compliance and accuracy.,Identify and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.,Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with labor laws.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data integrity and support business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP Indonesia).,Proficient in accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with manufacturing industry accounting practices is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
