Up Pro Corporindo is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks.,Monitor and respond to security incidents, including intrusions, theft, and vandalism.,Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.,Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other security personnel as needed.,Maintain and operate security equipment, such as surveillance cameras and access control systems.,Provide security training and awareness programs for employees.,Prepare and maintain security reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations and management.,Certification in security management or a related field is a plus.,Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Valid security clearance and driving license.
