Hub Byte Jaya is looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Samarinda. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Participate in store promotions and marketing activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
