📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

• Assist in the delivery and pickup of laundry services, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
• Familiarity with the laundry industry is beneficial.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg of laundry items.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
