📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet and assist customers upon arrival and departure.
  • Provide information about the restaurant's menu, services, and special offers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure a clean and comfortable dining environment by assisting with table setups and cleanups.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure food orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
  • Uphold the restaurant's policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your customer service skills.
  • Promote the restaurant's services and special events to attract and retain customers.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Valid Visa or work permit for Bali.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
