📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize patient classification and casemix analysis using advanced software such as Casemix Pro and Epic.
• Lead a team of casemix analysts and support staff to ensure accurate and timely data processing.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle management and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in casemix management and revenue cycle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in casemix management or a related role in healthcare.
• Certification in casemix analysis or revenue cycle management is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, such as Indonesian Healthcare Accreditation (IHA) and Joint Commission International (JCI).
• Proficient in using casemix software and data analysis tools like Casemix Pro, Epic, and Excel.
