CV Wira Maju is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Tanjung Balai. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources department in various aspects of HR management. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and wants to make a difference in our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance appraisals.,Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and other HR-related documents.,Support the HR department in any other tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in Indonesian is required, English is a plus.
