Link Spot Sentosa is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during banquet events. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and on-site at various event locations. We offer a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and setup of banquet facilities and equipment.,Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the banquet venue.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the event.,Assist with the serving and presentation of food and beverages during the banquet.,Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure smooth event execution.,Clean and organize the banquet area after the event.,Maintain a clean and tidy banquet venue at all times.,Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or event staffing is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule (office and on-site).,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
