As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining the restaurant's reputation for excellence. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily food production and ensure high standards of food quality and safety.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Manage and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff to maintain operational efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Monitor food costs and inventory to optimize profitability.,Collaborate with management to develop and implement marketing strategies for the restaurant.,Participate in inventory management and procurement activities.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment is well-maintained and functioning properly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the foodservice industry.,Proven track record of managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
