📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.,Manage and train a team of baristas and staff to ensure high-quality service.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in marketing efforts to promote the store and attract new customers.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or retail industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using basic office software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and products is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
