In this role, you will be responsible for outbound calling to promote our products and services, and for handling customer inquiries and complaints. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound calls to promote our products and services,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently,Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions,Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients,Assist in the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good time management and organizational skills,Familiarity with CRM software and other telemarketing tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus,Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
