📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
Create and optimize store layouts using PLANOGRAM and CAD software.
Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to ensure merchandising strategies align with brand vision and customer demands.
Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Ensure compliance with retail standards and best practices in visual merchandising.
Conduct regular store audits to assess merchandising effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail visual merchandising.
Provide training and support to store staff on visual merchandising techniques and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related role in retail.
Proven track record of success in driving sales through effective visual merchandising.
Proficiency in PLANOGRAM and CAD software.
Strong understanding of retail operations, customer behavior, and sales strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with retail visual merchandising standards and best practices.
