🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
