Hub Local Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Probolinggo, Jawa Timur. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing retail company that values customer satisfaction and teamwork.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.

Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and purchasing.

Promote products and services to increase sales.

Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets.

Keep up-to-date with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Good knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail software.

Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg.

Valid ID and ability to work in Indonesia.

Flexible and willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
