📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Taking orders from customers and ensuring accurate order processing.
• Managing customer relationships and providing excellent customer service.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
• Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities.
• Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products.
• Providing training and support to junior sales staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
