📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and analyze inefficiencies in business processes.,Develop and implement process improvement solutions.,Lead process improvement projects from initiation to completion.,Train and mentor team members on process improvement methodologies.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in process improvement.,Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement consulting.,Proven experience in implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus.,Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
