📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Conducting regular inspections and tests to ensure product quality and safety,Monitoring production processes to identify and address any quality issues,Maintaining and updating quality control documentation and records,Collaborating with production teams to improve product quality and efficiency,Implementing and enforcing quality control procedures and standards,Conducting root cause analysis for any quality issues identified,Providing training and guidance to junior quality control staff,Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality control regulations and standards🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control or inspection role,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards,Experience with statistical process control and data analysis,Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills🛠️ Keahlian
