We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior US Tax Specialist & Bookkeeper to join our remote team in Bali, Indonesia. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and file US tax returns for individual and corporate clients, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations and deadlines.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Assist clients with tax planning strategies to minimize their tax liabilities and optimize their financial positions.,Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures, including financial statements preparation and reconciliation.,Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Stay up-to-date with changes in US tax laws and regulations, and apply this knowledge to the preparation of tax returns and financial statements.,Prepare and submit payroll taxes, including federal, state, and local taxes, as well as payroll reports to the appropriate government agencies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in US tax preparation and bookkeeping.,Strong knowledge of US tax laws, regulations, and IRS procedures.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
