You'll leverage tools like SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR to streamline operations and ensure data accuracy. With 5+ years of experience in HR, particularly in the F&B sector, you'll bring a strategic mindset to our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations for the F&B division, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Manage recruitment processes, from job advertising to onboarding, using platforms like LinkedIn, JobStreet, and local job boards.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees.
• Handle employee relations, resolving conflicts and addressing grievances in a fair and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Lead HR training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with managers to understand business needs and provide HR solutions that support operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on the F&B industry.
• Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or CHRP) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
