📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise the accounting and tax functions of the company
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize tax liabilities and minimize risks
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports
• Provide guidance and support to the finance team on accounting and tax matters
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting and tax laws and regulations
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial records and documents

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax functions in a corporate environment
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax laws
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
