As an HR Recruiter at Private Advertiser, you’ll be at the heart of our recruitment process, sourcing and attracting top talent to join our team. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and build strong relationships with candidates. Whether you’re conducting interviews, coordinating with recruiters, or managing our applicant tracking system (ATS), you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our team’s future.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source and attract top talent for various roles within the company, leveraging both internal and external recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage and maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and industry contacts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process.
• Contribute to the development of our employer brand and recruitment marketing efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
• Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top talent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards for recruitment purposes.
• Passion for the digital marketing and advertising industry.
